Ibiza, it’s not just the night that moves

A permanent party? Ibiza is the island that you have to experience at least once in your life. Each season is different and unusual: the only constant is the intense light and mild temperatures all year round. But there is a time when the landscape whitens: spring with the almond blossom and the scent of flowers that mixes with the sea breeze to make your stay memorable in the Balearics.

The island, a young destination par excellence, also has a notable cultural offer and many ongoing activities. On one hand, for lovers of the past there are the museums of archaeology (Dalt Vila) and Ethnology (Santa Eulalia) as well as Carthaginian, Roman and Arabic remains dotted around the island, as well as the sanctuary of es Culleram, towards Sant Vicent, dedicated to the Punic goddess Tanit, the necropolis of Puig des Molins and the Phoenician village of sa Caleta. On the other hand there is “la movida”. Because in Ibiza the day hardly matters: night time is the real ruler.

To tour of the finest clubs of the island, there is a “disco-bus“, a bus running all night long that carries parties every 30 minutes from dusk to dawn.

Ibiza is an open and generous island, that welcomes and respects the freedom of all people and offers its hospitality: dance, party, exhibition, music that never ends.

The clubbers paradise par excellence is Pacha (Avenida 8 de Agosto, Ibiza), a true legend, with a nightlife tradition dating back to the 60s and a bizarre arrangement inside over several levels. The Spanish homeland of sexual freedom, means that there are also very popular night clubs for people regardless of sexuality, for example in Amnesia in San Rafael, you’ll be able to meet incredibly made up Drag Queens, dive into the foam clouds and dance to the sound of famous international DJs.

For the seriously hip there is the Bora Bora (Bora Bora Beach) where you can dance directly in front of the beach, El Divino (Botafoch Marina, Ibiza) is the place for the most beautiful models, and at El Paradis (Avenida Dr Fleming, San Antonio) you can experience the famous “water party” held twice a week.

There are many other clubs in Ibiza which organise the famous “foam parties”, like Eden (Avenida Dr Fleming, San Antonio) with its Egyptian theme and Privilege (San Rafael) with its giant complex of terraces, bars and dance floors.

The party has in recent years also extended into the bay, where boats like to anchor and organise mega parties, dancing during the day between a dip and another.

‘Eivissa’ is tranquility, earth, essence, twilight, walks under the full moon and fine dining by the sea. And after the party, you can enjoy the terraces, art galleries, markets, that reflect the multicultural spirited, creative and cheerful island.

Travellers, night owls, adventurers, sailors, music lovers: everyone, where ever they live, feel that they have found in Ibiza the place they dreamed of. And a place where you can book your mooring now!
